Directions to Shadowlawn
If you are traveling
West (from Alabama) or
East (from Starkville) or
North (from Brooksville) on Hwy. 45,
you will be coming in on Highway 82.
Take the Downtown Columbus - Main Street - MUW exit.
If you are traveling West, you will take the ramp to the right and turn left at the end of the ramp.
If you are traveling from the East, you will take the ramp to the right onto Main Street.
This will take you around a sharp left curve and past Harvey's on the right,
then up a small hill past J. Broussards, on the left.
Proceed on Main Street to 11th Street.
Turn right (South) and go to the first corner.
Shadowlawn is the Greek Revival Home on the far right corner.
Go straight through that intersection and park in the driveway or on 11th Street.

If you are traveling
South from Tupelo or Aberdeen on Hwy. 45,
Proceed through Columbus, going past the Leigh Mall on the left
to the intersection of Hwys 45 and 82, which is our Main Street,
Downtown Business Area. (You will see the Ruth's Building on the South East corner).
Turn left (East) onto Main Street and go to 11th Street.
Turn right (South) onto 11th Street and go to the first corner.
Shadowlawn is the Greek Revival Home on the far right corner.
Go straight through that intersection and park in the driveway or on 11th Street.

go North on 11th Street 1 block to Main Street.
Turn Left onto Main Street.
Go to the corner of Main and 4th Street.
Go through the intersection and
J. Broussard's Restaurant is the 3rd building on the right.
It is the former Columbus Elks Lodge and is a beautiful large brown brick
Victorian structure with a turret on the right side.
Park in front or across the street or in the lot.

Turn Left onto Main Street.
Go down to the corner of 1st Street.
Harvey's is on the left before 1st Street.
Harvey's has its own parking lot.

Proceed 2.3 miles to Wilkins-Wise Road/Lock & Dam Road.
(Belk Department Store is on the left.)
Turn Left (West) onto Wilkins-Wise Road/Lock & Dam Road.
Proceed 2.9 miles, turn right onto Marina Road.
Woody's on the Water is the 2nd Building on stilts.
